For the cargo transported to the large ports around the world, prepare cargo spaces immediately upon receipt of letter of entrustment and provide the customer with the booking note number of shipping company;
Provide preferential and reasonable freight rates and safeguard customer's ;
Accept the consolidation of a small batch goods and save freightage for customer;
Accept such special businesses as garment on hanger (GOH) container, refrigeration container and open top container;
Timely provide the duplicate of B/L to customer for confirmation;
Provide the customer with the information on vessel sailing, arrival, etc;
Accept customer's inquiries about sea route, vessel dynamics, freight and miscellaneous charges,etc at any time.
